Refund and Returns Policy

At Gaudhara.com, we are committed to delivering pure, aidable dairy products that meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. All our products are manufactured under strict compliance with the guidelines set by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Each item is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped in a secure and hygienic manner to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our dairy products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

No Returns or Refunds

All purchases made on Gaudhara.com are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after order placement

  • Product dissatisfaction based on personal preferences

  • Delay in delivery caused by external logistics partners

This policy is in place to ensure the integrity, safety, and hygiene of every item we dispatch. Once a dairy product leaves our facility, we cannot resell or reuse it, and cannot guarantee its storage conditions thereafter.

Product Quality and Packaging

Gaudhara products are manufactured and packaged under stringent FSSAI-compliant processes. Our quality assurance practices include:

  • Use of 100% vegetarian, high-quality ingredients

  • No added preservatives or artificial chemicals

  • Controlled, hygienic manufacturing environment

  • Secure, tamper-proof, food-grade packaging

Each product is inspected before dispatch to ensure it is sealed and protected during transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, in rare cases where a product is:

    • Physically damaged

    • Tampered with

    • Incorrect or incomplete

    You may report the issue for internal review. To do so, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • A clear unboxing video showing the issue from seal opening to product visibility

    • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product, along with outer packaging

    Claims made after 24 hours or without valid evidence will not be considered for resolution.

  • As our products fall under the category of food-grade, perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds to ensure the health and safety of all customers. We request customers to thoroughly review their order before placing it.
